The festival takes place at Landgoed de Olmenhorst, in Amsterdam.
The festival is 18+, and it is mandatory to present a valid ID (driver's license, passport, identification card, ID) for entry. Just a photo of any of the above will not suffice.
It's not possible to leave the festival grounds and re-enter afterwards. If you do leave you will have to show a valid ticket again to enter the festival grounds.
The doors will close at 22:00 CET, and entry will not be permitted after that time.
All facilities are cashless, but you can purchase a cash card at the festival at dedicated cash card lockets. This is a debit card that you buy at the token stand and load with cash, allowing you to make payments with a card at the festival
There will be first aid available, indicated by signs and they will walk around the festival grounds.
There are multiple covered seating areas, indicated by signs and visible on the map on site.
The use and possession of soft and hard drugs is prohibited.

You will receive an email immediately upon purchasing your ticket.
If you cannot find your tickets in your mailbox, try retrieving them through Eventix (https://eventix.io/search). If this doesn’t work, please contact info@botanicfestival.com. In your email, please include the full name used during the ticket purchase along with your email address. We will then promptly assist you in resolving the matter.
It is not necessary to print out your ticket. In fact, we prefer tickets on the phone.
Unfortunately if the event is sold out, it is not possible to purchase tickets through Weeztix our ticketing platform. You can visit Ticketswap to join the waitlist or safely purchase a resale ticket.
It is not possible to cancel your tickets, however, you can sell them safely and securely through our official resale partner Ticketswap.
There are various food stands and multiple bars available on site.
We sell different food options throughout the festival. Allergies are stated on the menus. If you have any questions please send an email to info@sonaworldwide.com.
There are multiple drinking water stations to refill your bottle and water bottles can be purchased at the bar.
There will be no (e-)cigarettes available for purchase.
You can bring your medication only upon presentation of a prescription and/or a doctors note. The medication must be unopened.
The festival is wheelchair accessible, featuring special toilets and entrances. Wheelchair access is through the general entrance. Keep in mind that the terrain consists out of grass mostly. No prior registration is required.
Unfortunately it's not possible to bring along a service dog.
We are committed to sustainability to preserve the park. We use recycled plastic cups, operate a recycling system, accept only card payments, and offer different food possibilities.
We strive to create a safe and welcoming festival environment for everyone. All social norms and values are upheld on the premises. Any form of threats, violence, discrimination, or sexual harassment will not be tolerated.
Lockers will be available. You can purchase a locker in advance, and we will send an email with a link to all ticket holders once they are available. At the festival, you can also buy a locker using QR-codes and payment methods like iDEAL. Additionally, there will be an information point for lockers at the festival.
Ten days before the event, residents within the municipality's distribution area will receive a neighborhood letter. The letter will contain information about park accessibility and the opportunity to register for a chance to win residents' tickets for the festival. We will also host a tour and several activities for our neighbours. More on this will be added later in this FAQ.
